Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Scheduling Coordinator to oversee daily office operations, while maintaining an efficient and professional office environment. This role requires a people-oriented individual with strong computer proficiency, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment.
  • Recruit, interview & onboard new caregivers, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Schedule caregivers, coordinate shifts, and handle call-offs promptly to maintain staffing levels.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and client needs.
  • Supervise caregivers and provide support as needed to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Utilize CRM scheduling software and other scheduling tools to organize appointments and staff schedules effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure readiness for state audits.
  • Handle customer service inquiries professionally, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Required to participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled

Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative supervisory role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, people-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating with team members.
  • Effective supervision skills for overseeing caregivers and administrative staff.
  • Technical proficiency combined with problem-solving abilities to handle various office functions smoothly.
  • Previous experience in home care or home health is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
